We went to the Lavazzo Museum this weekend. Even though I’m pretty neither here nor there with their coffee, the museum did have a lot of interesting exhibits. This one is from the replica of one of the first Lavazza coffee shops. 👋Hi Wavie, After my cold last week and the 5 seasons of Schitt’s Creek that ensued, I’m finally feeling like myself again. We even got a tiny bit of exploring in Turin done. AND one of our residence permits for the next location (the secret place I’m not sharing until much later) was approved. But more importantly, I’ve found a leafy vegetable that’s as close to kale as I’ve seen in years. It’s a form of chard and it goes really well with a lot of garlic.
